With the pretext of celebrating its first anniversary, DC Immersion invited all the administrators and key educators of DC’s traditional public and public charter dual language programs to attend a talk by Dr. Robert Slater Co-Principal Investigator of the groundbreaking study on dual language programs in Portland, Oregon. Most of these incredible educators were meeting for the very first time.
